The latest activities by JTTRI-AIRO, such as conducting research, holding seminars and collaborating parties in the field of transport and tourism.

On Thursday, June 13, 2025, AIRO had a meeting with H.E. Mr. Arkhom TERMPITTAYAPAISITH Former Minister of Finance and Former Minister of Transport at Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) 3rd floor meeting room.

In this meeting AIRO (Mr. TOMITA Executive Director and his team) discuss over the activities of AIRO in the field of Railway Research and present the result of the 1st Thai - Japan Railway Workshop held on 17th January this year, in which his excellency has kindly participated. We also introduce our scehdule on 5th Thai - Japan Tourism working group which wil be held at Chinag Mai next week.  AIRO also exchanged opinions and proposed the theme of the 2nd workshop that has been discussed with DRT this week. AIRO wishes to keep cooperating with his excellency and contribute our effort in research and study afterward.
