On Thursday, January 20, 2025, AIRO Mr. OKUDA Tetsuya President of JTTRI-AIRO and his team had meeting with Ms. Pattaraanong Na Chiangmai, Deputy Governor for International Marketing Asia and South Pacific, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)
During the meeting, AIRO provided an overview of the preparation and key directions of the 6th Thai–Japan Tourism Working Group, sharing information on its themes, agenda items, and expected areas of cooperation. AIRO also expressed its appreciation to the Tourism Authority of Thailand for dispatching its delegation to participate in the upcoming working group in Japan, and noted its anticipation for a constructive and meaningful exchange next month. In addition, both sides discussed broader opportunities to enhance collaboration between Thailand and Japan in tourism policy, international marketing, and sustainable tourism development.
