On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Mr. HAMASAKI Masato, Director General, and Mr. KAMITANI Tsuyoshi, Administration and Planning Team, Kyoto City Tourism Association, visited AIRO for an exchange meeting on tourism.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences regarding Kyoto’s approach to tourism management and the potential application of these experiences to tourism destinations in ASEAN countries. JTTRI-AIRO values this opportunity to learn from Kyoto’s experience and looks forward to further promoting knowledge exchange and cooperation in destination management and sustainable tourism development.
