AIRO participated in the The Rail Research and Technology Conference 2023 (RRTC)
AIRO participated in The Rail Research and Technology Conference 2023 in coorganizeby Rail Technology Research and Development Agency (RTRDA), Thailand Railway Research Network (TRRN) and Bangkok Expressway and Metro (BEM) on September 6-7, 2023, at the Centara Grand Hotel. The theme of this conference was “Industry and Academic Linkage”. From AIRO, Mr. MINAMI Yusuke gave the presentation of “JRTT’s role in HSR Development” in the High Speed Rail Projects panel session.
This High Speed Rail Projects panel session aimed to provided the participants the wide perspective of the development from leading country in HSR field. This session included representative from Thai regulator Mr. Athibhu CHITRANUKROH deputy director general of Department of Rail Transport, representative from China side Dr.LiU Junyang General designer for high speed trains of CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles, representative from Japan side Mr. MINAMI Yusuke Research Fellow of Japan Transport and Tourism Research Institute ASEAN-India Regional Office (JTTRI-AIRO) and lastly representative from German Mr.Juergen Supik Chief Executive Officer of Dorsch Consult Asia.
